About The Corporate Psychotherapist

Our Mission

Individuals working in high-stakes industries often approach mental health care with distinct objectives shaped by the demands of their careers. You might be seeking to understand how enhancing your psychological well-being through psychotherapy can support greater professional effectiveness and clarity. At times, the challenge may lie in managing personal concerns alongside the relentless pace of work, leaving you feeling pulled in opposing directions. You may also find yourself in a period of professional stagnation—questioning whether internal psychological factors are contributing to a sense of being stuck or unable to move forward.

At The Corporate Psychotherapist, we offer on-demand coaching and counseling services tailored for corporate environments. Our mission is to provide effective support that empowers employees to thrive both personally and professionally, with the guidance of an experienced executive coach.

My Approach

I maintain a specialized clinical interest in providing expert psychotherapy and executive coaching to individuals engaged in high-pressure professions, including attorneys, physicians, corporate executives, CEOs, finance professionals, and emerging professionals preparing to enter these fields. As an executive coach, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique psychological demands faced by individuals in these roles through my clinical training and practice. I recognize the systemic and personal barriers that may hinder access to effective care, and I am committed to offering on-demand treatment that is both adaptable and responsive to the distinct professional and emotional challenges my clients encounter, with the highest regard for confidentiality. The concerns I most frequently address in this context include occupational burnout, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, attentional and cognitive difficulties, self-doubt, interpersonal dynamics, communication skills, and identity development.
